Cemetery notes and/or description:
This cemetery served the Tennessee Confederate Soldiers Home which operated from 1892-1933 and stood about 1 mile north of the cemetery. Access is solely from Old Hickory Boulevard through the main entrance gate to The Hermitage, historic home of Andrew Jackson. Located at the east end of Rachel's Lane adjacent the historic Hermitage Presbyterian Church and the Donelson Family Cemetery.
Note: there is no access from Lebanon Pike.
