Red River County
|Cemetery notes and/or description:|
Spencer Cemetery is in the corner of private pasture land and at the beginning of the woods. There is a white sign which states the name of the cemetery. A green sign on the county road points down a dirt road. You can follow the road, but you'd have to access a pasture gate and walk/drive across the land to get to the other side of the pasture and then go over a fence. M.D. Whittle of Manchester knows directions to the cemetery.
There are two above ground crypts which are broken, two gravemarkers, and about eight metal crosses which mark the sites of graves. There are no names on the metal crosses.
