|Cemetery notes and/or description:|
Additional burial spaces added after the original State Farm Cemetery reached it's capacity in 1918. There is an overlap in dates for a few years as families moved their relatives from State Farm Cemetery to other cemeteries around the state and the spaces were reused.
While locations cannot be seen in the original cemetery as it is under Rt. 37 today, markers in the annex can still be seen from Rt. 37 between the maximum security prison and the old railroad track right of way south of Route 37 when the leaves are off the trees.
Stone #1 is in the northeast corner and stone #1048 is in the southwest corner.
