|Cemetery notes and/or description:|
Called "The Cedar Grove" by Mrs Sophie Adams Goodrum in her diaries, the cemetery was located on the flat behind the Goodrum Home which stood near the intersection of Nailer and Halls Ferry Roads, facing Nailer Road. A researcher for the WPA in the 1930's write that the cemetery "is Obliterated-its wire fences torn down, and of its stately cedars, only stumps remain, and the friendly cattle graze on the graves of the dead."
The following burials are from the diaries of Mrs Goodrum and the Goodrum Faimily Bible. (Albert R Goodrum has a Confederate Stone erected in Antioch in the 1980's by Walter Salassi.)
