Cemetery notes and/or description: Cemetery is contiguous with Saint Adalbert Cemetery, but entry is possible only through two gates off South 13th Street. The gates are just north of the Saint Adalbert gate on the same street. The Holy Trinity Office is inside of the Saint Adalbert Cemetery.
