|King William County|
|Cemetery notes and/or description:|
Located on Route 601 (Calno Road) approximately 1 1/2 mile south of Route 30 (King William Road). Although there are numerous unmarked gravesites here, there is only one marker, which is a standard U.S. Government issue for SGT. James N. Eubank. The cemetery is quite large with the remains of a brick wall and many very tall boxwoods. It is covered in periwinkle. A tract of land in Mangohick Magisterial District, known as Fork Quarter, containing approximately 295 acres was purchased by James T. Leftwich from Edward F. Eubank. The deed was recorded on February 8, 1912, in the clerk's office of King William County, March 4, 1912; Deed Book No. 26, Page 3. On May 21, 1892, a deed was recorded which listed Mrs. Mary L. Norment as the owner of the same tract of land.
