Cemetery notes and/or description: Founded in the mid-19th century, it had fallen into serious neglect 100 years later. In 1951 the cemetery was purchased by the Philadelphia Housing Authority for the purpose of removing the remains and building subddivisions on the location. The remains in this cemetery were removed in 1951 to Mount Peace Cemetery in Philadelphia, Lawnview Cemetery in Rockledge, and Philadelphia Memorial Park in Frazer. and the Raymond Rosen Housing Project was built. In 1999 houses were torn down, and unremoved remains were found.
