St. Patrick's Melancthon Creek Cemetery is located in Henrietta Township, Richland County, Wisconsin.
Directions from Cazenovia, Richland County, Wisconsin: Head west on County Rd V (which goes past Germantown) for about four miles. Turn left/southwest on County Road CC. Drive on CC for about 5 miles. Turn right/north on Hwy 80.
Directions from Richland Center, Richland County, Wisconsin: Head north on Hwy 56/80 for about 12 miles.
The cemetery is on the right-hand side, about 1/2 mile north of Cty Rd CC on Hwy 80.
In 1858 the land for St. Patrick's Church and Cemetery was donated to the congregation by Charles and Catherine Shields. The first church was erected in 1867. In 1904 an addition was added to accommodate a growing congregation. In 1924 the old church was razed and the new church was built. The monies, time, and material were all donated by the members of the parish. Father Frahling designed the church and was instrumental in its completion. The church was closed in 1964 and razed in 1997.
