Cemetery notes and/or description:
This cemetery is also called the "Old Concord Cemetery".There are almost 100 graves with markers.Some of the ones with just plain rocks are now marked with pvc crosses.The cemetery is pretty well clean around it but some of the interior graves are about to be taken over by small growth trees.It generally needs a little effort to restore this cemetery with a lot of history behind it.
There is a sign with Ewing Cemetery on the side of Capel Mill Rd.Someone had been there lately and put flowers on a grave also a new marker on a older gravesite,has been installed recently.
I do not know who's property this is on but i went with a "Local Man". |
