Cemetery notes and/or description: This early Sangamon County cemetery has burials prior to 1850. It is active and well-maintained. A memorial to the Wolf Creek Methodist Church, erected 1878 and razed 1942, is located in the northwest section. A plot map is posted in the north center section of the cemetery.
