Please do not accept photo requests and then "report a problem" giving the information that follows this message. If you claim a photo request then try and fulfill that photo request.
For photos call and ask for the Glendale or Hollywood Hills records department. They will give you the plot coordinates for the grave. Tell them you would also like a photo of the "memorial tablet," as they call them, and usually they can take the request. Sometimes they will transfer you to maintenance department, if busy. They will want your name, relationship, your email address or mailing address for the photos and sometimes a phone number, just in case. They were very pleasant over the phone.
This cemetery is now charging for a permit in order to take photos. You also need to have a letter of permission. In the letter it needs to have the volunteers first and last name, the name of the plot, and how the family member is related to them.
