This was originally Bull Hill Church and Cemetery (Anglian or Episcopal) and was sold to the Methodists and became Saint Luke's Methodist Church and is now listed as Saint Luke's Church. Saint Luke's Church with graveyard is located at 3053 N. Okatie Hwy. (170 Hwy), Bluffton, Beaufort, South Carolina
approximately four miles north of Pritchardsville, South Carolina. The Church sits back approximately 25 feet from the roadway. Behind and to each side of the church is a graveyard with over 400 above-ground tombstones. The tombstones date from the early nineteenth century. The graveyard was still in use in 1987 when the church was added to the National Register of Historical Places. The land was donated in 1824 by John Guerard and was from a part of the Bull Hill Plantation. It was later owned by the Verdier Family and the Church built by craftsmen from the local plantations. It is composed of 2 acres Parcel 7, Bluffton Sheet #29 Beaufort County, South Carolina.
