|Cemetery notes and/or description:|
On 23 Dec 1896, a tract of 1 1/2 acres was deeded to the United Baptist Church at Mt. Pisgah by J. F. Holder and his wife E. A. Holder for use as a burial ground. However this land was used as a cemetery long before 1896 and was used until about 1912.
The cemetery in located on a hill on the left side of Reynolds Road between a body shop and a white house. It is surrounded by a chain link fence. In June 2010, only stones dated after about 1870 remain. There have been about 32 white crosses placed where broken and illegible stones are, but it appears even more people are likely buried in this cemetery.
All legible stones were photographed June 2010.
