|Cemetery notes and/or description:|
One of the first cemeteries in the Masontown/Bull Run area.
There are believed to be nearly 100 people buried there.
Many of the graves are marked only with fieldstones,or none at all.
This cemetery was transcribed by Ben and Janice Cale Sisler,Don E. Cale and Hartley J.Stone in 1971.
They listed it as Graham Cemetery. It's also called Field Cemetery.
Since that time a timber company has mangled the plot and some of the monuments.
I'm adding the names of those that were transcribed by those listed above.
I recently visited this cemetery,it's badly overgrown, and apparenty forgotten. Most of the cemetery is covered in a shiny viny ground cover with purple flowers.
I was unable to locate most of the tombstones listed.
A great project for the local 4-H or Scouts group.
