Bloomfield Cemetery, Also Known As Southside Cemetery is on the South Side of the Kennebec River in Skowhegan, Somerset County, Maine in the part of town that used to be known as Bloomfield. This is a large cemetery that is bordered on the east by Main Street, Bloomfield Street is to the south, McLellan Street borders the west and to the north are Willow Street and Green Street. Many of the older burials refer to it as Bloomfield Cemetery, but it should not be confused with "Old Bloomfield Cemetery" AKA "Bloomfield-Weston Cemetery" on Route 201 in Skowhegan. |
