Walk over the field facing you when you reach the bottom of the hill. You will find a road going through a creek in the woods. The cemetery is just across the creek in the woods to your right. It is inline with the front of an old log cabin. Copied by Ronald & Mary Singleton.
This was a large cemetery covering about an acre & there are many graves marked only with stones. Some of the people buried here were black. It is known that Old Livingston Church, which had a black congregation, was located between this cemetery and the cemetery near the Dick Nelson home, the Slayden Cemetery. The exact location of the church has not been found yet & there may be a cemetery there.
