Moorer Cemetery Also known as: Willie Moorer Cemetery

Cemetery notes and/or description: Around 1950s some of the local African-American churches with no cemetery began burying in the area near the masonry wall. They refer to it as the Willie Moorer Cemetery, as that is who gave them permission to bury on the land there. Harold M. Dantzler does not nor has he ever owned the surrounding land and none of the Moorer family married a Vogt. Info from Linda Murray Baker.
