1933 -- "On old Nesbitt to Pleasant Hill Road, about 3 mi from each town. Was set aside as a cemetery out of the original Gray grant; known as OLD GRAY CEMETERY. Allowed to grow up into a wilderness. Reclaimed in 1933 when David Oliver Bridgforth set double stone for mother, Mary Alinor Jenkins Bridgforth and father, David Thomas Bridgforth. "Graves & stones that could be identified at that time were recorded" by Mrs. David Oliver Bridgforth, and are shown here. This mother & son are the most current burials shown here.
