Cemetery notes and/or description: Shippensburg sits across the two counties, about 2/3 in Cumberland and 1/3 in Franklin. Spring Hill cemetery sits right on the very edge of (and in) Cumberland County. Houses across the street are in Franklin County and house on the same side of the street past the cemetery are also in Franklin County.
