When making a request for this cemetery, and you have a location for the grave, please include a minimum of the following information for the location: plat and division are most important; section, row and grave are helpful in certain plats and divisions, not so much in others. The cemetery is laid out well, and if you have a map, you can find a site easily when knowing the location.
Anything located in Plat F, Divisions 1 through 3 stand a good chance of not having a headstone, as this was the "Pauper's Section".
Also, if you have a request, you need to make an appointment with the office if doing genealogical research (which they consider photographing stones), so any request may take a while to complete. |
