The property was originally owned by Elisha Fuller who gifted the land to the Town of Ludlow. The townspeople voted to accept the gift May 4, 1801. Although it is adjacent to the First Church of Ludlow (established in 1784) it is not affiliated with that church and belongs to the Town. |
