This Cemetery is located on the Old land allotment of Ella Smith, she married Newton Looney. Cemetery may have been known as Spokogee Cemetery, Newton Looney Cemetery, Westville Cemetery. It is now known as the Old Dustin Cemetery. Cemetery is in the field at the bend of Gibson Ave just before Gibson runs into North Hwy 84. One mile North of Dustin.
One person buried there is George Riddle, he was the first to die in the shoot out between the Brooks and McFarlands in Dustin. |
