Evergreen cemetery is located in Brainerd, Crow Wing county, Minnesota. It has been in use as a burying ground since 1871. The Evergreen Cemetery Association was incorporated in 1879 to manage the existing burials and plan for future use. There are over 17,000 known burials, and the cemetery is essentially full (no lots, but individual plots are still available). The website for the cemetery, which includes the Directory of the Dead listing all known burials is listed above. |
