This cemetery is NOT to be confused with Mount OLIVE Cemetery in Newstead, Erie County, New York.
Established in 1908.
Located in the Town of Tonawanda, Village of Kenmore, the cemetery is just south of Interstate 290 with entrances on Delaware and Elmwood Avenues

History:
Presently, Mount Olivet Cemetery has a total of 92 acres in the village of Kenmore. There are over 50,000 burials in the cemetery and there are still 13 acres of undeveloped land for future cemetery use. The grounds contain a beautiful elm grove, part of the original woods of the Knoche farm. |
