|Cemetery notes and/or description:|
Driving south from Harlem city limits on Hwy 221, take a left on Old Blythe Rd. Travel approx. 1 mile and you will see a home on the right owned by the Kervin-Family and the cemetery is on their property for over 80 years. A dirt road beside this home will take you approx. ˝ mile into woods. Some of this is vehicle accessible unless weather or time of year doesn’t permit. The road will be straight until you turn a hard right. From there, the cemetery is about 25 yards on your left in a clearing. The large main house that was near there burned down years ago. No remnants of any buildings now exist.
The cemetery is about 1500 sq. feet and encircled by an old rock wall with an iron gate. The gate no longer works and remains secure in frame. However, access over the wall is manageable due to its small height and rigid construction. Other than vegetation growth that happens, the cemetery is in above average condition based on its age.
