Taoyuan County, Taiwan
A mile down Hwy 7 from Cihu, in the town of Touliao, are the coffins of Chiang Ching-kuo and his wife, housed inside a small traditional country villa.
Their remains, along with those of his father, Chiang Kai-shek, are supposed to be moved to Wuchih Mountain Military Cemetery for interment in newly built tombs there. However, political disputes are delaying the reinterment process. |
