|Cemetery notes and/or description:|
My grandmother and 3 of her sisters took me to this cemetery the first time in 1976, when they were in their 80's and 90's. They told me that this was where their grandparents and great grandparents were buried. In 2010 the land surrounding the Ball Family Cemetery was lumbered, exposing the cemetery in the north east corner of the property. The lumber company roped off the area around the cemetery. They left the 3, 200+ year old oak trees that mark the boarder of the cemetery. It is really hard to determine how many graves are actually in the cemetery, as there are no marked stones - only field stones, some with foot stones and some without.
