Cemetery notes and/or description: The Medfield State Hospital Cemetery is the resting place of 841 patients who died while residents of the Medfield State Hospital between 1918-1988. Until 2005, the gravestones were small concrete squares that only contained a number. However, in September 2005, new markers with names and dates were placed at each grave.
