Cemetery notes and/or description:
The Homestead (or Mennonite) Cemetery is located two miles south of Aberdeen and then two miles west on Funk Road. The earliest recorded burial is that of Anna Giesbreckt Hege, age 19, in the year 1908. There were no more recorded deaths until the year 1911. The Aberdeen Cemetery Maintenance District cares for the cemetery. |
