|Cemetery notes and/or description:|
Tired Creek Primitive Baptist Church was constructed on September 2, 1826. In 1834 Joshua Cravey deeded 4 acres of land directly south of the Old Bainbridge-Thomasville Stage Coach Road for cemetery space. A few months later, Jonathan C. Hawthorn deeded an additional 4 acres on the north of Stage Road, a tract that surrounded the meeting house. In the early 1900's the Stage Road was relocated south of the church's property, which made it appear that the cemetery had been planned to be situated in front of the church.
