Cemetery notes and/or description:
Located 12 miles north of Blackfoot on Highway 91 and then straight east 5 1/2 miles on the Goshen Highway on the left side of the road. The cemetery ground was part of Adolph Neilsen's farm. It is believed that he sold it to the Goshen Ward, and they donated the land to the Cemetery Board. Located here are several unmarked graves, records of these burials are not available. Some of the markers are made of concrete with no identification on them. Time and the elements of nature have eroded the markings. The earliest headstone that can be read is dated 1903. |
