|Cemetery notes and/or description:|
Located southwest of the River Falls City. Take Maple Street west and follow it to the end, turn left, and drive down to the city sewage plant. Park your car here and walk south, then west to the top of the hill beside the river, (overlooking the lower dam). The paths are overgrown and poison ivy is abundant in the area!! The walk should be no further than 1/2 to 3/4 miles, depending upon how you choose to approach the fenced hilltop. Steps do lead up to the cemetery from the river side, but these have become hidden
At one time there were four statues.
Each one representing a season.
The Fosters had them brought in from CT.
Sadly they were stolen years ago. (in the 60s maybe)
Today the stones are laid down and some set in concrete to preserve them.
