This cemetery site photo was taken by Carlyle Merritt on a visit to the Biedell Campsite and cemetery area on July 10, 2007. The visit was with grandsons Jim and Stephen Mosher and great niece, Averil Mosher Merritt, of E. R. Mosher. Ephraim Mosher was superintendent of mines here and in Creede, Colorado area from 1893 through 1924. His daughter, Martha Mae Mosher Alley and her husband are buried at this site. More than half of the Biedell camp members were buried here during the flu epidemic in 1918 in unmarked graves.
