|Cemetery notes and/or description:|
Located in the Betton Hills neighborhood near the intersection of Thomasville Road and Betton Road. As you head east on Betton, the cemetery is located on the left side of the road, just past Winthrop Park.
This cemetery was the primary burial ground for African Americans who lived on or near what is now known as Goodwood Plantation, from the pre-Civil War era through the 1940's. Many of the graves do not have markers. Much of the information about the people buried here was found in Florida records listed on Familysearch.org
