Turkey Hill was the first settlement in St. Clair County, Illinois. It was located near Belleville, St. Clair County, Illinois. Some of the very first settlers in Illinois are probably buried in this cemetery.

I did find one record of someone being first buried here and later moved to a different cemetery.

I just learned that this cemetery has been destroyed, and all the tombstones dumped in a ravine near where it was, and the area is now a corn field.
I don't know when the destruction of the cemetery occurred, but such destruction is not legal unless specific legal steps are taken to condem the cemetery, etc. Law enforcement officers and local cemetery preservation people may be able to assist you in gaining access to the area.
