Cemetery notes and/or description:
Located in the centre of the village across from JR's Tea House burials were conducted there as early as 1705 but many of the old stones no longer exist. There are upwards of 459 monuments that have been located in the old yard. The burial ground is adjacent and north of the current church building which replaced the original church in 1876. There is also a "New" graveyard just to the east of the old one. The old church was adjacent and to the north of the burial ground. |
