|Anderson Family Cemetery|
|Cemetery notes and/or description:|
The Anderson Family Cemetery is located just north of the Moko intersection beside the county road. It is located amongst four trees some twenty paces from the road. It may also be known as the Moko Cemetery.
It is a sad remainder of an abandoned and forgotten cemetery. Three headstones are present which are broken and one sunken rock pen. There is evidence of other graves; depressions and field stones. Not much is known about this cemetery. Apparently the local community abandoned this site at the end of the nineteenth century and interred their beloved ones in the nearby Stateline Cemetery. Charles R. Anderson buried two daughters and his first wife in the Anderson Cemetery, but he was buried in the nearby Stateline Cemetery.
