Cemetery notes and/or description:
Directions per McLennan Co., TX Website:
West on Highway 6 from Waco, go past Farm Road 185 to China Spring, turn right onto gravel road with Baylor Camp sign (7.4) miles from west end of bridge over Lake Waco, go 2.1 miles to Old Eichelberger house on left. The cemetery is directly across the road in far left corner of pasture. It has a barbed wire fence, but is neglected and overgrown with weeds.
Additional information from the above referenced website:
In corner of cemetery are two cement covered graves without markers.
There are also 4 or 5 depressions which appear as though coffins may have been moved. |
