Dickey Cemetery
Mineral Bluff
Fannin County
Georgia  USA

Cemetery notes and/or description:
This cemetery is located in Mineral Bluff, Georgia...located in Fannin County. It is about one and half miles from the Dickey Cemetery on Hogback Mountain...where the graves of George & Hannah (Taylor) Dickey, along with twenty-five graves of their slaves is located.

The Mineral Bluff Cemetery is the site of John Brady & Catherine (Kilparick) Dickey graves. John Brady Dickey was the son of George & Hannah Dickey. Many of the descendants of John Brady & Catherine Dickey are buried in this cemetery.

One intersting grave is that of James Eugene Dickey (1822-1913)...there is speculation, that he is the youngest son of George & Hannah Dickey....but this has not been confirmed.

There are several graves that are no longer readable....

The cemetery is located close to the Mineral Bluff Baptist
Church...which was started by Hannah (Taylor) Dickey. This church has a conner stone with a dedication to John Brady Dickey & his wife, Catherine Williams (Kilpatrick) by their children.
