Cemetery notes and/or description: Wesley Chapel cemetery is located in Hendricks Township in Section 19, Township 12 N, Range 6E. the cemetery is at the intersection of roads 650 W and 350 S, in a field on the southwest corner of road 650W. The stones are all down.
