Cemetery notes and/or description:
One of a handful of Jewish and Orthodox cemeteries at the southern end of Jamesville Avenue in Syracuse, NY:

- Workmen's Circle Cemetery
- Anshe Sfard Cemetery
- Ahavath Achim Cemetery
- Chevra Shas Cemetery
- Saints Peter and Paul Russian Orthodox Catholic Cemetery

Please note that the first three cemeteries above are right next to one another without any fences or walls between them. Only by the different landscaping can one recognize the different burial grounds.

The Workmen's Circle Cemetery is just South of the intersection of Ainsley Drive and Jamesville Avenue. Located on the Eastern side of the road on a rather steep hillside. It is part of a Jewish fraternal/benevolent society. All who are buried in these cemeteries were members of The Workmen's Circle Society. http://www.circle.org/

There seems to be a children and infant section at this cemetery, located on the top left of the grave yard, looking from the street.

To the north of Jamesville Avenue you would find the following Jewish Cemeteries, which sometimes combined are incorrectly referred to as "Mount Sinai Cemetery":
- Rosenbloom Cemetery
- Beth Israel Cemetery
- Beth El Cemetery
- Linas Hatzedek Cemetery (aka Zedeck Va'emes Society)
- Poiley Tzedeck Cemetery
