Full name: Resurrection Cemetery of Saints Peter and Paul Catholic Church. On the 23 day of August, 1907, the Hobart Cemetery Association, a corporation, held in the City of Hobart, Kiowa County, Territory of Oklahoma, did convey a deed for a tract or parcel of land situated in the South East 1/4, of the North East 1/4 of Section 2, Township 6 N, Range 18 W, 5 acres more or less, to the Bishop of the Catholic Church to be thereafter known as the Resurrection Cemetery of the Saints Peter and Paul Catholic Church.
At the Junction of Highways 183 and 9, turn west on 5th Street, also known as Blaine Street. Drive past the Hobart Rose Cemetery to the entrance of Resurrection Cemetery marked by two white pillars with the emblem of a cross on each pillar. Turn north into the cemetery. There are 4 Sections in this cemetery Section 1 on the left and Section 3 on the right as you proceed to the memorial. Section 2 on the left and 4 on the right as you pass the memorial. The cemetery ends at the next road and becomes the Hobart Rose Cemetery. Resurrection Cemetery is bounded on the North, East and West by the Hobart Rose Cemetery.
