|Cemetery notes and/or description:|
Located in the 500 block of E. Third Street, Xenia, Greene County, Ohio.
"This cemetery was one of the earliest in Xenia and was discontinued in 1849 when Xenia's main cemetery, Woodland Cemetery was opened.
The land was owned by Sam Gowdy, who in 1820, sold it to the Associate Reformed Church in Xenia for $.50. Through mergers, the deed was transferred to First United Presbyterian Church, and then to the Memorial United Presbyterian Church, which formed after the April 3, 1974 [Xenia] tornado, combining the congregations of Second and First Presbyterian churches."
