The cemetery at Lida lies, up the slope from town, on the north side of the town site. It is well fenced and the graves show little loss of identity from the years of neglect. Missing of course, are the headstones on 26 graves. There are 22 white wooden crosses, installed recently over 22 of the graves and only one with a permanent headstone.
