Cemetery notes and/or description:
This small cemetery is located on the north side of Hellers Hill Road in Briar Creek Township. THere are several small stones, either unmarked or with initials only. It may be that the Bower Cemetery was originally meant as the cemetery of the Evansville Evangelical Church built in 1849, which stood not far from the cemetery.
