Cemetery notes and/or description:
Cemetery was named Boy Burdette because the person that lived in the house where you went up the hill to the cemetery was named William Burdette, Nickname "Boy" because his Dad's name was also William.

From Charleston, travel on I-77 North, Exit "Tuppers Creek Exit", turn right on Walker Drive. Head straight, approximately 3-4 miles. One will cross a big hill called 'Buzzard Rock Hill". Pass Silas church on the right, about 1/8 to 1/4 mile, then come to sign "Sigmon Fork, Tuppers Creek, which turns to the left, (narrow road) there is one trailer on the left side about 1/8 of a mile, box 257, shortly after one passes the trailer, there is a pull over spot on the left, then shortly passed that is the cemetery entrance on the left. The cemetery is kept blocked off by a chain and lock; one has to get a key or someone in the family to unlock it. The cemetery is all on a hill side but it is kept clean and mowed. The road is kept in very good condition.
