Unmarked graves that is by the now defunct was Home for the Aged and Infirm (later know as D.C. Village) and the industrial home for Negro boys in Blue Plains, it is now apart of the Blue Plains Water Treatment Facility. The cemetery is on a ridge overlooking the Potomac, out of sight of streets and Blue Plains buildings. Six Nazi saboteurs who were executed in D.C. are buried here.
