Cemetery notes and/or description: In Section 10, Twp. 2 S, R. 37 E., Boise Meridian, on the hillside, on the homestead of N. A. Just may be found one of the oldest private cemeteries in Southeastern Idaho. Believed to be located at the bottom of Presto Bench just before you enter the hill to go up into Wolverine Canyon. This cemetery is no longer active.
The town of Aberdeen has two cemeteries located near it. The oldest known burial is recorded in the Aberdeen Cemetery. This burial took place December 26, 1903, for David Reece Sr., from Parkersburg, West Virginia. However, in 1941 his body was moved to another, not stated, cemetery. This cemetery, also known as the I.O.O.F. Cemetery, lies directly east of the town of Aberdeen about one-fourth mile on the south side of the road..
