Quick Submit
The 'Quick Submit' form allows you to quickly add multiple names in the same cemetery. It is the best option if you are transcribing cemeteries.

Family and Friends (old)
Use this form to build online memorials for US burials only.

Excel Template
If you have Microsoft Excel, you can download our data submission template. Use this template to quickly submit many names (25 or more) from the same cemetery. Please do not use the Excel submission method to submit a small number of names.
