The Jersey Hill Catholic Cemetery is located on Jersey Hill Road, about 1 mile south of Hiltonville Road.

Jersey Hill Road is a dirt road, not kept clean in the winter.

Cemetery was once associate with St. Patrick's Church (Formerly St. Mary's), but the church is long gone and the cemetery is left untended. The beautiful canopy of pine trees that shades the cemetery is also destroying it. Tree roots have uprooted many stones, and much of the cemetery lies in very swampy ground.

Property was donated by William Sullivan to bury his wife, Abigail.
